The Conscious Leader:
Leading Organizations

While our Conscious Leader program focuses on self and leading others, the Leading Organizations program delves deeper into the intricacies and challenges of Leading Organizations. This program is crafted to facilitate learning integration over time (typically six months). Participants will further enhance their learning through an in-depth action learning project that will challenge their knowledge and support an organizational initiative. Participants will share experiences and best practices through cohort work sessions, coaching conversations, and presentations. Format can be customized for your needs.

You do have to have taken Conscious Leader to take Leading Organizations.

The conscious change Leader

This program is designed for leaders that will be impacted and/or challenged by upcoming changes within the organization or leaders who desire the ability to strengthen their skills in change and transition leadership. The foundation of this program is emotional intelligence principles which build upon The Conscious Leader. It incorporates change leadership competencies and tools to equip leaders to better navigate complexity and change. The content is customized in partnership with you to best meet the needs of your leaders as they navigate and lead change.

The Conscious physician

The complexity of medical care is increasing in today’s fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. As such, strong relationships and well-functioning partnerships between members of a medical team are paramount. The Conscious Physician is a six-month program strategically designed to enhance leadership and interpersonal effectiveness for current and emerging physicians and advanced practice professional leaders. This program is ideal for physician leaders, medical directors, chiefs or vice chiefs of medical staff, chief medical officers, and similar roles. Format can be customized for your needs.

Women in medicine

The Women in Medicine program is uniquely designed to facilitate dialogue and create shared experiences for women leaders in healthcare environments, you will gain new awareness and build skills to help you meet the challenges posed by the accelerated rate of change in healthcare. This program is designed to meet your leadership growth and development needs while supporting your career goals. Cohorts of approximately twenty women physicians and providers participate in this eight-month development program. Various learning styles are supported as we guide you through valuable leadership assessments, individual coaching sessions, mentorship opportunities, guest speakers, and monthly facilitated group sessions.
