Thanks for your participation in the Innovative Connections Leadership Competency Assessment. The purpose of this assessment is to help you discover and understand your current skill sets in five (5) critical areas of leadership/emotional intelligence.The survey should only take 5-10 minutes. Take your time but do not overthink your response. Be as honest with yourself as possible and consider your answers primarily through the lens of how you behave at work.Your final scores for each of the five (5) domains will be emailed to you. Please be sure to check the accuracy of your e-mail address so your results are delivered correctly.
